Calm

An amazing run this morning. Whereas last week, the wind was high and the waves were loud, today was so quiet and calm. A gentle tumble of the waves onto the shore. Some seagulls overhead.

Warm too - it was a t-shirt day!

I can honestly say, I felt really content and grateful.

I also ran the farthest distance yet in the time too. Woohoo!
