The Night Is Ours

It was a busy weekend at work, and now although the day was quieter I had to spend much of the evening getting ready for a big presentation to all the big wigs at work on Wednesday. I'm not really a fan of presenting. I get quite nervous. But nothing compared to when I first went to university. I remember having to give 10 minute talks in front of a single registrar and 5 class mates and feeling my mouth go so dry I would draw the moisture out of the air! My heart would be racing like I had ran a marathon. It's never a nice experience, but I've tried to embrace it as best I can. I find a beer always helps too....
