Not so broad band

We've been experiencing connectivity issues today. The problem appears to lie outside our control, as our internal setup seems to be functioning normally. The problem is intermittent. I wonder if BT are working on the line.

Internet access is something we all rely on. At times in our house there are 4 people all connected to the internet and when it goes wrong it's serious. Isn't life great when what you're worrying about is the reliability of your internet connection? Try telling that to people in Japan, or Libya...
