Off to the gym today and then for an appointment of Acupuncture without needles - an instant release of energy, which is supposed to heal the body. Thought it may help my headaches and also neck and shoulders. Will keep you posted.
Then called to see if my glasses were ready - they were - must have been telepathy as they had phoned and left a message at home for me, I am happy with my choice, thank goodness.
Last night at our Nature Photography I was given a beautiful bunch of flowers for having served 3 years on committee as Speaker Co ordinator. I just had to take a photo of one of the flowers.
