Bowl of sunshine!

This is my big pot of sunflowers - will have more next year, did these as a trial, as the woman at the nursery told me I'd left it too late to plant sunflowers - feel like taking the pic in to her.

The nursery people are often a bit unhelpful I find, and I've heard them putting others off - if you are a beginner gardener you need all the encouragement you can get. Luckily I don't take any notice!
