Beside the playing field
On days where I have an early flight to Wellington, I go for a short 20 minute run through the local Grey Lynn Park. Its all in the dark these days, and not many opportunities for a photo. Spent the day in a meeting and then back to Auckland with just enough time to get to a fascinating lecture on the use of laser spectrometry to identify the pigments used in paintings. That has resulted in the discovery of fraudulent pieces, and in other cases strong support for believing in the age of a particular item.
From while on my run I had only two shots to choose from, and although the grandboys might like a photo of an Air NZ Airbus taking off at Wellington .....
Beside one of the playing fields used by the "social grade" sevens players, are these two trees with a street lamp between them. Its what I saw. Its what I took. Its a blip.
