House Sign #16

I have come across a number of House signs, but this
morning in a village called "Bulmer" saw this one and
just had to blip it. I am completely baffled with this one.
As there was no one in at the house to offer a Explanation
it will remain a complete mystery for the time being.

ps For "Pennipics", this is as close as it comes for your own
sign, up to now!!!
