Lake Tekapo

Canterbury and I decided to head five and a half hours south for a weekend in Wanaka. We headed off after school this evening and then drove the van down to Lake Pukaki, where we set up camp for the night.

I took this photo at Lake Tekapo which is renowned for it's blue lake. We almost missed the sunset due to a nice American couple fussing over Cousteau (he loved it) but managed to catch the last bit of pink.
