Black Watch

Cyclops and I went to Fife for the day, as we were going to see a play called Black Watch which we had inexplicably missed at the Edinburgh International Festival and any other time it has been back our way so we had to go to Glenrothes for it. This play has had an amazing critical reception, and I can see why. It was really excellent. It received a standing ovation from me (and pretty much everyone else) which is saying something as I am very stingy with my standing ovations.

As we were in the area we also went to Balbirnie House Hotel for our lunch, which is the hotel where we got married. We went to the Bistro, which is their less fancy dining option. We'd not been before, but it was very nice. And they do an excellent lunch deal in the week which we'll have to go back for.
