Muted Swans

Me too. The verbal part of my brain seems to have gotten scrambled. Couldn't figure out how to spell jewelery jewellry jewellery - ha! Third time lucky. Couldn't remember if types of birds are called 'breeds.' Are they? It's been a busy, exciting few days.

I've been almost entirely mute on comments, too brain busy to formulate them. Thanks to my staunch visitors who scatter words, stars and even hearts in their wake. I'll be back, hopefully, but not for a few days.

Muted here refers to the swans' gorgeous, almost camouflage, plumage in today's flat light.
