Thinking of Japan

Today there was a Prayer Breakfast at school where we remembered the people of Japan. After school we had a fundraiser. One of my friends is from Japan and she suggested that she made sushi & children's sweets to sell after school. There was origami too as you can see above. We did it today after school, the sun was shining & people seemed generous. I'm waiting to hear how much we made for the Japanese Society Earthquake Relief Fund. I can't imagine what it must be like to be so far from home when a disaster strikes, the feeling of relief but the worry and the feelings of helplessness.
