This is one of the Town Mills, still operating, and in the shop downstairs ( the two sloping red roofs )you can buy delicious Bread and rolls from the flour that is produced here. View the machine room and indeed, helping with spreading the canvas sails, which means climbing to the top of the sail, not for sufferers of Vertigo ! It was originally a defensive Tower in the Town walls, converted to a Mill in 1805. Just thought it was a great sky and general view.
Kriemhilde? No it is not a sort of Grain but the name of the Princess in the Saga of Sigfried the Dragon Killer. He bathed in the blood of a dead Dragon and became invincible, except for one place on his back where a leaf had stuck, which only his brother knew of, and who killed him to get the Princess. Who promptly committed suicide because she had lost her Lover. Nice to have a Family you can trust !!
