I Hope It's...

...a Flower!

The words out of my almost 3 year old son's mouth in reference to my growing baby bump.

We had a fantastic day with some close friends...the sun was shining, weather was warm, and we took the kids to a local farm/playground/petting zoo/store. Definitely one of our favorite places to go...the kids can run free and get all their wiggles out.

While sharing ice cream together, the kids were discussing the sex of the baby.
Ms B-I hope it's a girl
Ms S-I think it's a boy
Mr C-I hope it's a flower

A classic 3 year old boy response of course.

After photographing a few flowers in the garden center, this image really couldn't be more appropriate to sum up the best part of our day :)
