All Roads Lead to...

Woke up nice and early.
Saw the sun.
Smiled.
Had a hearty breakfast of fruit juice and wholewheat bagel.
Soaked up some well needed vitamin D on the forty five minute walk to the Western General Hospital for some lectures.
Had a sensible lunch of ham on granary bread with fruit.
Such a healthy start to the day.

Then some bint gave me a voucher for a £2 Big Mac meal and ruined it all.

Let's be honest: it was amazing.
