Walking down a sunny street this morning I met a man I used to work quite closely with. He is a senior manager in one of our not-so-ancient universities. "How's life at the old shop"? I blithely enquired. "Well, with all this restructuring I think I am about to be structured out".

I asked him what he would do with life! "Oh I'd be a long distance lorry driver. Each day is dealt with and it's all so uncomplicated"!

At the precise moment this pulled up behind him! Maybe not so uncomplicated after all!
