Tickled Pink

There is a mass of colour all around at the moment. I spent many happy hours outdoors today taking pictures of this and that and the other.

This Blossom tree really caught my eye, standing by a broken down fence near an abandoned shed, delicate and pink in the afternoon glow.

Far lovelier than any of her gaudy friends she somehow managed to make a derelict farmyard seem quite beautiful. And another Spring day has gentled past.

PS If anyone has some advice on cropping photographs of flowers I would be so grateful...I have taken so many, but chicken out on the crop, and they look positively naff !
