Homemade jam
This is the very last of my greengage jam from last year's crop.
It was my first time making jam and it took three attempts to get it right.
The first attempt didn't set and so was basically greengage sauce.
The second boiled for way too long and became greengage caramel.
And the third was just right! Yum.
