The Vital Spark

My day was spent in Inveraray planning several days of training that I will deliver with local voluntary agencies on supporting people who have been bereaved by suicide.
Tough subject.

Before I drove home, I wandered through the village delighting in the smell of fresh seaweed and the sound of seagulls, before spotting the Clyde puffer, the 'Vital Spark' in the harbour.
It brough back childhood memories of a TV programme I remember watching with my parents when I was very young.

Inveraray is the birthplace of Neil Munro, author of the Tales of Para Handy.
