It's a beautiful day .....,

And the sunset through the leaded glass
makes me think how lucky I am looking
the light through bars I can open, not pass
the endless time of day cooking
up mad plans to tunnel out or disguise
myself as a German guard (no offence)
before trying to hide myself from suspicious eyes
or get shot clambering a barbed-wire fence.
