The Night Watchmen

Would you believe me if I told you that I've had this shot in my head for months?

I've never quite got the angle right before (and its still not perfect), but there is something so very appealing about the progression of lampposts and the sky this morning was sublime.

I like the way that the lampposts look like they are in rank patiently waiting and watching. Day after day and night after night.

How can something so mundane also look so stoic?

Maybe its just me!
