Lavender Tea Cake

I had a lovely little cake at a Tea House once and we found out it was a lavender cake. I did an Internet search and came up with Glazed Lavender Tea Cake from Cooking Lite Magazine. I got the dried lavender at Whole Foods and I have enjoyed making this for us to enjoy and for gifts. I have been having Physical Therapy for TMJ and wanted to do something nice for the people there, so I made this today. One for us, and one for them. It's a delightful and unique tea cake and fun to give because most people have never tried it before. Do the search, find the recipe and make it for yourself. It's very good.
