Sunny's

Sunny's bar is a little bit of an institution in my neighborhood.
It's where it is way before anything else around there was. As it often happens around here it doesn't open every day (yes, I know, we are indeed in NYC, that frenetic metropolis in the States!) and on Wednesdays they always have live bluegrass.Sporadically the bar has been the background for movies and tv series like "bored to death" with Jason Schwartzman.
At the sunset all the colors of the walls and the old truck parked in front of the bar pop out like in a E. Hopper's painting. I love this place!
