Traditional Sweet

One of my friends had dropped by today, who has been working in Japan for sometime now. The condition is not good there, as we all know. The food and water are contaminated all across the country, and the tremors are felt frequently which are of a different kind, somewhat vertical. He along with other colleagues of his were apprehensive about returning back today, but it seems they are left with no choice and have to be there. In the end, it is business, the company is looking for. Indifference for some, while dilemma for others.
It was good to meet with him after a long time, he offered some home made sweets to us which he is also taking back, for food there is a scarcity now.
