This is my 100th blip and to celebrate I made foccacia. My absolute favourite and there will be none left tomorrow. Husband stuck on A77 so he might not get home before I finish it. There's something about the length of preparation, olive oil on your hands, kneading, letting the dough rise and then adding the Rosemary which is very therapeutic. Perfect for the weekend
