Took a walk to Linlithgow along the Union Canal to get some much needed walking training before our big walking holiday in a few weeks. Only 10 miles but feeling it so plenty more training needed!

Quite a surprise to spot this guy doing a bit of fishing it seemed by the edge of the canal.
