Russel and I both have today off work so we thought we'd venture out to Burgess Park, which is only a minute's walk from home.

Out of the chilly wind, it's a bright and sunny day - so I'm enjoying taking a casual roam around the park, watching dog walkers taking a Sunday stroll, football players enjoying a beer with their game, and the gremlin whizzing by on his skates.

'Why aren't you partaking in the skating?' I hear you cry?

I tried this last year and ended up in A&E getting a rib X-Ray. I'm sticking to a nice casual stroll.
