Noose?

Soooo my friend Sam and I were dancing for the musical, when we turn around and see this tiny 'noose' just hanging there. We're like what. the heck.
So we just died in laughter cause we were thinking it was for the little mice or something that might be running around here.
So this was my blip for the day. Because it made me laugh, and because I've never seen a noose that tiny before. HAHAH. Love it.
Such a good day.
Maybe a snow day tomorrow. It would be oh so lovely.
