i ran 5 miles today and i can prove it.

this is the 2.5 mile mark on 11-mile long leif erikson drive. it's a one way road popular with dogs, bikers, walkers and runners. you hit this post and you turn around.

today's mild weather (54F/12C) means spring is around the corner. time to get in shape and work on that holiday weight.

the holiday i'm refering to is christmas '96.
