Of Trees and windmills

Out on the Aerodrome with the dogs, first time for a while and it's clear that we've had a lot of rain recently - too much but it's still an interesting place to walk. There is talk of a couple of wind turbines being built on this site which is right beside Montrose on a really flat bit of land beside the coast. Generally I don't object to these giant windmills - some of them can look really impressive but I think this is the wrong location - close to a built up area, lots of interesting birdlife and wildlife and they would stand out like a sore thumb.

Here's hoping the natural landscape is preserved in this case.
