RAF sea rescue helicopter

We were just heading out for Sunday lunch earlier today, and were lucky enough to see an RAF sea rescue helicopter practising a rescue with the Ramsey lifeboat crew, and I managed to get this shot of one of the crew being winched down onto the boat. Rather him than me!
