under lock and key

Waking up at 4am drifting in and out of sleep.
Staying in bed on a Sunday until 9.
Falling away in a vortex of color and light
Later there was some running on the trails...(yes, you read that right).
This is the end of week two and I kind of love it.
My shins aren't as fond of the practice.
