What an action packed sunday I had,

Core stability this morning, last sunday of the month is always the hardest as you have the most reps before the routine changes.

Then came back and took some photo's of my middle to prove that it was working, (today's blip choice was a grumpy toad, a fat frog or my midriff, you can see which won...)then had bacon sarnies and sunday cake.

We then headed to town and went for a walk up Braid Hills where I took lots of wildlifepics.

Finally went to the dominion to sea Eagle. Cheesy but great scenery,art direction and deerhounds, I was on the side of the painted savages rather than the chisel jawed Roman though....

Now just about to make dinner. top day : )
