Crumpled

"Aaarrggghhh - come on legs!" That was my half shouted, half spat urging to my failing limbs on the climb out of Addingham this morning. Nearly 3 hours at threshold, proof I think, that the evenings suffering after the kids had gone to bed was time well spent.

The bike kit lay where it was flung for much of the day, whilst C and I lolloped over to Ilkley in the sun - tea and cake compensating for the screaming of my knees and thighs as we dropped down off the moors.

A most excellent spring day, fully utilised. After a longer-than-planned nap on the sofa, C and I have eaten. We're both sat in the kitchen tapping away before settling down to watch a film that has already been rented from iTunes once but never watched.

A very good Sunday to round off a most relaxing weekend.
