Sausage maker extra-ordinaire

Today, I went to Sunnyside Farm in Sanquhar to butcher a pig. It's the second time for what is a very absorbing day. I really do recommend it!

I bet you've never thought how sausages are linked together? I found it pretty tricky and you have to be careful not to burst the skins!
