ORGANIC BARRIERS
Ok, so here's how it went. I was thinking about my final blip in the GCSE theme series (that's what it was but don't tell anyone) - Organic Barriers - I was thinking that I could have maybe used yesterday's blip for the same theme. Then I thought, hey, I know, I'll go to our local branch of Fresh & Wild (or the Wholefood Warehouse if you live in the US) and take some photos of the fruit and veg displays and that will fulfill 'barrier' (tenuously) and 'organic' (obviously).
So in I went on my way to work early this morning, whipped out my very small camera that I carry in my bag all the time, close up on the carrots...

EXCUSE ME
yes?
Could you not take photos in here?
OK, why?
Because you're not allowed!
Not even of the carrots?
No!
Why not?
The company are really worried that people will steal their display ideas!
You're not seriously telling me that you think I'm in here because I'm trying to nick your ideas on carrot-stacking?
You could be.
I think I could probably guess how to stack carrots without the need to photograph your display!
Well anyway, you're not allowed.
And then I left with a merry chuckle and this slightly blurry and highly illegal shot of stacked carrots which I am publishing here in order to spread the good word about how to effectively display your root vegetables despite Fresh and Wildly Expensive's embargo on such information sharing.
So there nurh!!
Do with it what you will!
