Noisy camera phone

Quick blip on way home.

You can just about make out 'flower petals' of glare around the street light, but this cameraphone shot (Vignette for Android on a Desire HD) is full of 'linear' noise that I just can't seem to get rid of in PS.

Incidentially, at 8:30 PM (GMT) it was Earth Hour, when people and organisations across the world switched off their lights, and committed to longer-term actions to help reduce CO2 emissions.
