The eye of the storm
While I was photographing this beautiful bloom, it was raining harder than I've ever seen outside. Sheets of driving rain, emerging from a slate grey sky. Suddenly dark, despite the early hour.
B kindly walked Cousteau at the dog park while I stayed in the warm and did some school work in preparation for tomorrow. They both came back wet and rosy cheeked (well, as rosy cheeked as a dog can be).
I haven't done much today, and that's a good thing.
Oh, I did go to the movies to see Red Riding Hood. It was okay, but a bit predictable.
