Mallard

It took a few attempts before I could get this shot, but I had a lot of fun trying to take the photo especially because I don't typically do photography of birds or any animal for that matter (aside from my own pets) namely because I either can't get close enough to them or I don't have the opportunity to see them. This mallard's mate didn't seem impressed that I was moving in on her, so I was cautious not to get too close because I didn't want to scare them away.
