"What do you mean you don't do returns!?&quot

Someone got the labelling seriously wrong with this one... I ordered a pair of small riding gloves from Tesco Online, thinking they'd help prevent the nasty blisters I get on the side of my ring finger where the reins rub. When I went to the Collection Desk yesterday they told me there'd been a mix-up at the packing office... Not only was the item wrongly labelled as Small (weighing in at 6.2kg, this guy must be at least an XL), my gloves also turned out to come in the form of a cat. Go figure...
