Pooley Bridge and beyond...

Taken from the foot of Arthur's Pike, during my pre run-up, catch my breath and mentally prepare sort of time-out period...

Another beautiful day, although things are changing from tomorrow I'm told.

Run went well, got to the top non-stop again, and then decided to keep on running and not stop until I got to the next summit (well, I say summit, however, checking the map it doesn't even have a name!) It was only another half a mile or so, with another 200ft of ascent, but pleased I carried on.

7mile and 900ft ascent.
