Just a pair of old shoes

I went for a nice cup of tea at my friends this evening and on the way out came across this lovely pair of shoes.
They were hand made in England 12 years ago, have been sent back once for repairs and are due to be sent again. If you have them mended anywhere else the original factory won't touch them!
