Curfew Talk

Trying to get an 11:00 curfew but can't until my birthday which is June 1st.
I think it is a little unfair seeing as my same age cousin has it, all my friends (including 8th graders) have it but that is my mom's decision... /: any input?
What do you think a 9th grader who is 14 curfew should be? (wordings bad)
