Simple

After yesterday's burst of vibrance and color that practically jumped out of the screen at you.....I thought that I would blip the 'ying' to its 'yang'. A nice and simple black & white.

Simple. I surely enjoy it when things are simple. I am sure that most everyone can agree with that. It's nice to be able to look around and say, "This is easy. It's simple. There is no effort involved". Simple, is the word that describes our afternoon. A play date with a very good friend of mine and our kids. We found ourselves at the park in their neighborhood. The air was warm(ish), the kids were playing, and the sun was hitting my face as I lazily rocked back and forth in the swing just chit chatting away. Simple. And the conversation. Free flowing. Honest. The realization that I have so much in common with this friend. Just simple.

I really like simple afternoons. Yesterday was not a 'simple' type of a day so I welcomed today's 'simple' afternoon with open arms. As of this evening, our Spring Break is officially over. Back to preschool in the morning. And I'm looking forward to getting back into our weekly schedule again. Simple. A word that is very refreshing to me.

And p.s. and OH MY GOSH......I HAD NO IDEA THAT THIS WAS MY 500TH BLIP.
