running

these are my least favourite shoes...but I went for a run in them tonight for the first time since doing 10k's last june and july. I'm more of a short distance runner, but I do run long distance every year at some point. I force myself to anyway...I have a love-hate relationship with it. at one point last year, I was so into it, I considered training for half and even full marathons - this year, I'm doing a 5k and swithering about the 10k...mmm, maybe...



...or maybe not. I do fancy that Inverurie bike ride though.
