Even here...

As I have previously reported, here in Hiroshima we had absolutely none of the direct effects of any earthquakes, tsunamis or radiation leaks. But when I went to the supermarket the other day there was this notice telling us mineral water was limited to one case per customer. People are worried, and also sending water to friends and family up north.
