The office cleaners....

Tonight I thought I'd take a picture of the station cleaners Alexander and Irene.

They pop into the studio each night and offer great banter. Irene is often on air, she' so from Latvia and laughs aloud when I try hide the crisp packets and chocolate wrappers....

I said on air "I've turned over a new leaf, fruit salad look!" She replied... "ahh ha and packet of scone you had at your desk!, you eat them all?".

I did, she made great radio. Alexander rushes around with the hoover each night, he's started to say hello - turns out he's not grumpy after all.

Wonder if he thinks the same about me?
