Low energy day today. Just didn't feel like taking pictures. However I did get to follow Noah's school class on an outing to an animal sanctuary. My Mom and I then headed off for a great breakfast in Plettenberg Bay. We came back to pick up the kids and go treated to how it must be like to work with little kids who are all having a great time. The energy was amazing.

Of course I can imagine the negative energy when they are all screaming, but the upside must somehow make up for the downs.
