Simple Changes

I have this quote hanging in my classroom. I am a special education teacher in a middle school, and have witnessed the difference you can make in someone's life by taking the time to listen and be kind.
If everyone made the decision to smile and say hello to three strangers a day, the world would be a better place.
If you are reading this and are someone who feels sad and alone, please take care of yourself. There are people in the world who care about you.
