Crime and Punishment

Having a role in serving our community I get to see many different folks in my duties. Working in the Jail, seeing people drunk and beating their loved ones, exasperated parents of unruly children, addicted, drunken, shallow people...

Then I see good families, nice parents, courteous drivers, neighbors who get along, well behaved teen's, respectful children, awe in little kids eyes, and a silent thanks from others who acknowledge our service.

Working with the community is what I love. I do admit putting these on well deserving folks doen't pain me one bit- I sleep well knowing I made a differnece today.
