Actinotus helianthi...The Sydney Flannel flower....
It grows in sandstone heathland in coastal NSW and commonly around Sydney.
There are a few spot flowering at the moment,but it's not until Spring that they're a picture...
Shade of grey on grey fading to zip today,and very light deprived....still it was nice to go for a bit of a wander....
